You Fix
You Fix refers to the maintenance tasks that you are responsible for. These jobs are important for you to complete to keep your machine functioning properly. We have created a YouTube channel full of videos to help you with this, which can be found here.

If you call out a technician you or a member of your staff must be present when they arrive and the technician must be able to enter the property to access the Power Unit.

If the technician finds no fault with your machine you may be charged for the call out.

When calling out a technician, please ensure that you or a member of your staff is present upon arrival. Our Frozen Brothers Technician will check in and request confirmation of the exact location and access details for the equipment designated in the service order.

If the technician arrives and the barrel hasn't been switched off after reporting a frozen tank, you may be charged for the call out.
IMPORTANT: Below are the key things that you are responsible for fixing. We reserve the right to apply a charge* if you place a service order for us to attend your site to fix any of the items listed in the table below.
*If you log a service order with us for any "You Fix” as described above,. We reserve the right to charge you a call out charge of £95 plus VAT if the fault is identified as a "You Fix” buy our technician. Additionally if our technician is required to carry out a "You Fix(es)” when on site , an addition fee of £25 plus VAT per "You Fix” that our technician caries out, will be applied. We reserve the right to adjust any such charges with immediate effect.
